1. How do I register to Become a buyer, and what does the process entail?

If you go to the Registration Page, you will be able to read the rules and pre-requisites for becoming a buyer. After registration, you will be contacted by a Trademark representative who will approve your buying power for the auction. Please be prepared to justify your buying power with either a pre-approval letter or letter of credit from a credible financial institution. Once approved, you will receive a unique login and password that will give you access to all auction listings. They will be updated throughout each day, so please be sure to review on a regular basis.

2. What is the registration fee?

The $500 buyer registration fee is nonrefundable. If you become the successful bidder on any of the properties auctioned, the $500 will be applied as a success fee with a credit towards the buyer's premium. All commissions are built into the auction price. Closing costs will vary depending on property. There will be a 5% buyers premium added to the successful bid for each property.

3. If I am an agent, how can I get paid?

If you are a buyer’s agent and your buyer register’s you as their agent, you will receive a 1% referral fee on any purchases made by your buyer. If you are an agent wanting to place a listing you already have, your current listing agreement will apply, you will be required to produce a copy for approval. You will be required to open the property for 3 specific days so that it can be previewed by potential buyers, prior to the March 28th event. If the property sells prior to auction, Trademark will becompensated with a 3% fee by the seller for the exposure achieved because of our ability to provide unique exposure Please contact liquidation@trademark-proper-ties.com for more detailed information if you are an agent. Be sure to send your SC license number, office number, and property tms number in the subject line.

4. How do I register to become a Seller, and what does the process entail?

If you go to the Registration Page, you will be able to read the rules and pre-requisites for becoming a seller. There is a $100 application fee for each property at this time, and you may use credit/debit/ paypal accounts. You will then be contacted by a Trademark representative. Your representative will also get additional information on your property. Once approved, you will receive a unique login and password that will give you access to all auction listings and will allow you to monitor sales during the auction. They will be updated throughout each day, so please be sure to review on a regular basis.

5. As a buyer, what should I do the day of the auction?

You will receive a registration package prior to the auction with all details. Please note that seating will be first come first serve, and allow extra time to secure preferred seat position.

6. Do I need to bring any money to the auction?

You will be expected to place a 5% deposit in escrow on your successful bids at the time of sale.
We will accept wire funds, certified funds, and cash only.

7. How do I register with a preferred lender and how is my registration fee paid?

To register with one of our preferred lenders, please visit the Preferred Lender page. Click on any of the preferred lenders and register through them to get started with the approval process. When you register through any of our preferred lenders you will be offered special incentives on your financing and your registration fee of $500 will be waived.

**Please note: There will be no refunds on deposit. If you do not close on your bid within 30 days,
you will not receive your deposit back.
