South Carolina is our kickoff, and then we will continue to move across the country hosting these one day events for each new market that we roll into. Trademark Properties has proprietary access to the various types of inventory through each of it's 6 divisions. At this auction, we intend to host the best one day opportunity for sellers to liquidate portfolios and buyers to find ample opportunistic purchases to choose from.

Why?
There are a lot of people waiting for Real Estate to hit bottom before they make a move. We are potentially taking all of South Carolina’s excess inventory and giving the public the one day liquidation price. All price reserves reflect the discount applied for actually getting the property off the books in a timely fashion. These properties must close within 30 days. Therefore, the deals are as good as they will get.
