There is a no application fee to become a registered buyer. There is a 5% buyer premium that will be added to the successful bid price of every sale. Once you have applied, a Trademark representative will contact you to determine your intended buying power for approval. Please be prepared to provide a pre-approval letter or a letter of credit from a credible financial institution You will also be asked if you have a buyer’s agent. Buyer’s agents will be compensated with a 1% referral fee on the successful bid price if they are named during registration.
