APPLYING TO BECOME A SELLER

There is a $100 registration fee per property being sold on a reserve price basis. This fee is non-refundable. There is no fee to submit properties on an absolute auction basis. Once you have placed a seller application for each property, a Trademark representative will contact you for additional information. Please be prepared to provide any listing agreements that are currently in place, the address, tax map number, mortgage information (if applicable), and lowest reserve price you are willing to accept.
